About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on executive, tasked with accelerating revenue, expanding distribution, and developing B2B channel partnerships. This role is pivotal in building the sales and marketing organization necessary to scale the business. The CRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, owning the company's overall revenue strategy and execution. Responsibilities include developing and executing revenue strategies across various channels, identifying new opportunities, and establishing revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior commercial executive role, deep experience in consumer goods, and a history of delivering significant revenue growth. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a background that includes leading sales and/or marketing teams, as well as experience in B2B and channel-driven sales. The role requires a leader with the ability to build and manage relationships with various partners and a strong focus on creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. An entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, and experience with major strategic transactions are highly valued.
