Our practice spans antitrust litigation, consumer fraud and consumer class actions, business litigation, and product defect claims, and we have achieved notable results in each of these arenas.The OpportunityPearson Warshaw is seeking a mid-level Associate (2nd-6th year) to join our Complex Litigation practice group in Los Angeles, with a focus on antitrust litigation and consumer class actions. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact plaintiff-side matters alongside experienced trial lawyers at a firm known for taking on and winning complex cases.What You'll DoLitigate complex antitrust and consumer class action matters from pre-filing investigation through trialConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefsManage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositionsCollaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategyInteract with clients, co-counsel, experts, and opposing counselWhat We're Looking ForJ.D. and active license to practice law in California (or eligibility for admission)Approximately 2-6 years of litigation experienceExperience in antitrust litigation and/or consumer class actions strongly preferred; candidates with strong complex commercial litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to applyExcellent research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong academic credentialsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced litigation practiceA collaborative mindset and genuine interest in plaintiff-side impact litigationWork ArrangementHybrid schedule based in our Los Angeles office.CompensationSalary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
